Security and Anti-Harassment Policy

Safety and security at this event is the top priority. We will work closely with the venue, security, and law enforcement authorities to mitigate any identified risks.

EVERYONE ATTENDING THE EVENT SHOULD BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING SECURITY MEASURES:

• Security will be onsite at all times during the event.
• EVERYONE is required to wear their badge at all times. No exceptions.
• You will not be admitted entry into the event without a proper badge.
• Bag checks may occur at the event at any time. By bringing a bag you are consenting to have your bag searched. Denial of a search may lead to removal from the event and revocation of your badge without refund (at TCFNW sole discretion). By bringing a bag you are consenting to have your bag searched.
• Security activity may include but not limited to:
• Canine security and detection in or around the event.
• Walkthrough or handheld scanners
• Uniformed and undercover security
• Uniformed and undercover police

EVERYONE ATTENDING IS REQUESTED TO:

• Not leave any items unattended.
• Report anything that looks unusual, suspicious, or out of place to staff or security immediately.
• Follow the instructions of event staff and security at all times.
• Carry a valid form of photo ID.
• Properly dispose of your event badge inside the venue or keep it as a souvenir – please do not sell it to scalpers or throw it away in trash cans outside the venue where it could be picked up.

BY ATTENDING THE EVENT YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY:

TCFNW has a zero tolerance policy for harassment of any kind. This policy applies to EVERYONE at the event. No exceptions.

Violating this policy may lead to removal from the event and revocation of your badge without refund (at TCFNW sole discretion).

Forbidden behaviors include, but are not limited to: hate symbols, intimidation, stalking, offensive verbal comments, harassing confronting or disrupting attendees or speakers, unwelcome or inappropriate physical contact, intoxication.

Report any violation to staff or security immediately.
